The internet has drastically changed the way people buy and sell homes, and yet the way Realtors get paid has not changed with it. We do believe Realtors have an important role to play in helping people sell their homes, but that the fee for those services should not cost so much. After all - we truly believe that It's YOUR equity – YOU should get to keep it. So we have come up with a better way of doing things. We provide our clients with incredible comprehensive marketing and excellent Realtor services for a simple consultant fee.
What We Offer: We offer FULL Realtor Services, just like other Realtors. This includes everything involved with selling your home, from the MLS listing, pricing strategies, For Sale sign, lockbox, etc., to all paperwork, handling offers and negotiations, open houses, etc. We do it all!
And unlike many other Realtors, we also offer incredible comprehensive marketing, complete with stunning professional photos, aerial photos (if wanted), a custom webpage, virtual tours with more than 25 pictures, expansive internet exposure (ie: Zillow, Trulia, FaceBook, etc.,) and more!
What We Charge: We do not charge a commission to list your home. Instead, our clients pay a simple Consultant Fee of $5,500, regardless of the size or listing price of the home. This fee is paid at closing out of settlement funds, just like traditional commissions. So if your home doesn't sell, you owe us
absolutely nothing.
*Cook & Company Realty does not charge a commission to list your home, but it is highly recommended that you offer a Buyer's Agent Commission in the MLS.
